Real-Time Database Launched

Prior to creating this application there was no central database to share information inter-office. We were in hard-copy only environment and had no real capability of syncing our individual efforts.

We have a total of 3 Staff members in our local office, this is very similar to other zones including the State Office. With this major resource obstacle, technology has to be made to work to our advantage. Creating a virtual support team.

Because we have a limited amount of staff,
the ability to instantly load every business interaction into a database and record each step. Has given our office an immediate boost in efficiency.

Office processes were very fragmented and often took turnaround times greater than 24hrs for business follow up between staff members alone.
